           There are so many kinds of Mango on the fruit market.  I would eat them all if it was up to me.  Some mangoes are sweet and other mangoes are not so sweet.                Burn Along taking a nap with Shawntae McCartney is a blog about taking more than a 5 minute rest. The body really needs a good nap sometime. Nap is needed more then often in order for the body to do it's best. There are so many places you can take a nap or even a good time to do so. Sometimes you have to take your lunch break and use it as a nap time by bringing your lunch already done or ready to microwave for heating. This the time to sit in your car or find a bench you can rest on while doing those kind of of things as in taking a nap. It would be a good time to get some personal time, if not at lest take the time to take a nap. Look for new burn along videos that you can join and take a nap while getting a little sleep.            In this burn along blog we will read about how important sleep is. Getting your full 8 hours or more in rest and really helps keep you healthy. Sleeping in a bed with a mattress is really important to our care. Some people like hard mattresses and pillows to sleep on. Others like their matters and pillows to be soft. Your bones and muscles need a good bed to feel your best when working out at burn along. Sleep is something we all need and joining me in new and up coming videos that focus on sleep. It's also good to let them rest a lot as well as elevate them. Putting your feet up high can help keep your body leveled. The flavor list also is really long, which I will go over or I just have to talk about them as well as the new changes in flavor development. Burn Along Back with Shawntae McCartney

               Our back muscles are like 40 percent makeup of your body in muscle mass. It needs to be worked out in different spots to be effective. The back is bulit a lot of little and large muscles that help us with movement.  Its also good to rest our back as you can take some of my classes that cover sections like that, I would say meditation is a good one that needs to be applied if you are trying to rest or relax your back muscles. Burn Along Working out Shoes with Shawntae McCartney

           Burn Along working out shoes with Shawntae McCartney is about the different types of shoes needed. It is best to wear close toed shoes when working out. Some work outs require special shoes types. This could affect the sport you are play in or just even playing for fun, It's best to wear the correct type of shoes.  At this point any cross fit tennie shoes will be best for working out. You need shoes that fit and are comfortable to your feet and full body. Your whole body is affected by your walk or running impact and sends shock waves up your spin. It's best to have a shoe that takes out the shock impact and reuses it to generate better body movement and speed.             This class will cover that we have ham strings and they are in use.  Some of my burn along videos cover ham string stretches to keep you flexible.  Some people workout and stretch their ham string muscles. The ham string is a big muscle that needs attention.          Your face is bulit with many different face muscles that help us control our movement. Face movement can tell a lot about someone or how there day was. There are so many workouts that work the face muscles out or can make your face look tighter as you get older as the elastation wears out. Not only can you take creams, but you can do common face workouts as you can see on my burn along page or other instructors who tough class on workouts that cover this subject. Smiling a lot can help make you not only feel good but  make the face muscles stronger as your face as you get older, but at some point as you get older you need not smile to much as that could start to have the oppsite effects.
