         Your face is bulit with many different face muscles that help us control our movement. Face movement can tell a lot about someone or how there day was. There are so many workouts that work the face muscles out or can make your face look tighter as you get older as the elastation wears out. Not only can you take creams, but you can do common face workouts as you can see on my burn along page or other instructors who tough class on workouts that cover this subject. Smiling a lot can help make you not only feel good but  make the face muscles stronger as your face as you get older, but at some point as you get older you need not smile to much as that could start to have the oppsite effects. Stay tuned for ways you can tighten up your face or slow down the aging process in your facial muscles.
