Burn Along Back with Shawntae McCartney

               Our back muscles are like 40 percent makeup of your body in muscle mass. It needs to be worked out in different spots to be effective. The back is bulit a lot of little and large muscles that help us with movement.  Its also good to rest our back as you can take some of my classes that cover sections like that, I would say meditation is a good one that needs to be applied if you are trying to rest or relax your back muscles. I will post more videos on when it is a good time or where to even rest your back.
