           Burn Along Ankles Blog with Shawntae McCartney is about the use of the ankle muscles.  In my burn along classes there are classes to cover ankle workouts. I also will be posting new videos and blogs about our ankles as well as ankle muscles. Almost every time we get out of bed, stand out of a chair or even a bench set, we use our ankles.
