        Hello again here in Burn Along Blog with Shawntae McCartney. In this class we will cover our hips and how they too have muscles of them own.  If we don't keep up our hip movement, it becomes harder to even get up and stand or get out of bed even. Your hips need to be rotated to keep them loosened up. Those are parts of our body that need a lot of care.
